Rear Entry Squirrel glider Nestbox
The squirrel glider is a nocturnal gliding possum found across eastern and southern Australia. Sugar gliders are their smaller relatives, but occupy a similar niche.
This style of nestbox is available in two mounting styles. Front entry (entrance faces away from supporting structure) or rear entry (entrance faces the tree or other supporting structure).
Rear entry mount offers more protection from opportunistic predators as gliders enter or exit the box.
All boxes are supplied fully assembled and include hanging wire and tree protector. They can also be ordered in a 'bridge mount' version if they are required to be secured to a pole or brickwork rather than a live tree.
