Owlet Nightjar Nestbox
The Australian Owlet-nightjar is the smallest of the nocturnal birds (night birds) found in Australia.
Our boxes are designed with target species in mind and dimensions of the boxes reflect this.
The entrance diameter and type is important as well as the internal dimensions of the box.
Boxes are screwed and glued to minimise water ingress and maximise useful lifespan. Drain holes in the floor are provided as are drainholes in the spout to reduce water ingress during storms.
Owlet Nightjar nestboxes are supplied fully assembled and include hanging wire and tree protector as standard.
